Years ago, I was in a political discussion about gay marriage. I don't support it. Rather, I think the government should level the playing field by getting out of everyone's marriages. But my main argument is that gay people had, and still have, bigger problems to face. My exact comment was: "When your partner's blood is running in the streets, the fact that you could have married him won't matter." My friends often quote this back to me. I have been pointing out the hypocrisy of American Democrats and so called liberals (including the media) for years. A Christan bakery refuses to bake a gay wedding cake and loving, accepting liberals go ballistic. Saudi Arabia throws 30 gay men to death from a building, and

The fact that Saudi Arabia is a huge contributor to Hillary's campaign is revolting.

I threw down the gauntlet on my own mother last night, at dinner. If she pulls the lever for Hillary, it will have consequences in her relationship with me. As in, I will never speak to her or see her again. People like me have been living with the evil consequences of unthinking, surface liberalism for so long that I am sick of it. I will no longer be cast in the role of Permitter of Destruction. The tables are turned. Liberals can sit in a circle and congratulate each other on how loving they are, but it will not be in my presence, and when they need aid or money, it will not come from me. Get it from each other.
